Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $40/hour - $45/hour (based on qualifications and experience).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) for a partner school for students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders regarding students communication and development of life skills.

Additional responsibilities will include;

Provide daily services for students including direct, small group sessions, and push in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skillsImplement AAC and conduct interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure AAC implementation across disciplinesDetermine eligibility of students for speech therapy services and clearly identify necessary classroom accommodationsProvide appropriate speech and language intervention for eligible studentsNavigate the dismissal process for students who are no longer eligible for speech and language servicesParticipates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programsCompletes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures

Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:

School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all agesExperience with AAC is a plus!Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersValid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language PathologistsValid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
