**Who We Are**
The Michigan Urological Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC), established in 2011, is a physician-led quality improvement collaborative comprised of a consortium of urology practices in the state of Michigan. The collaborative is designed to evaluate and improve the quality and cost efficiency of urologic care for men in Michigan. Participating practices submit data to a clinical registry maintained by the MUSIC Coordinating Center and tri-annual consortium-wide meetings are held each year to discuss data, review risk-adjusted measures of processes of care and patient outcomes and identify strategies and best practices for quality improvement. MUSIC is funded by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and managed by the MUSIC Coordinating Center, which is housed at Michigan Medicine.
**Responsibilities***
The MUSIC Coordinating Center is currently looking for a highly skilled individual who will serve as a research project manager for a newly funded project on developing personalized reports to patients based on the patient reported outcome measure responses. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Develop and maintain project plans using online tools and best practices.
+ Communicate with participating practices to recruit patients, providers, and staff.
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret MUSIC registry data as well as patient and provider insights identify opportunities to improve patient reported outcomes reporting.
+ Build and grow relationships with MUSIC participating practices.
+ Prepare reports for funder(s) and MUSIC leadership.
+ Contribute to the preparation and coordination of collaborative-wide meetings.
+ Oversee activities showcasing the program?s quality improvement findings and successes.
**Required Qualifications***
**Senior level**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in analyzing and interpreting processes and clinical outcomes
**Intermediate level**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in analyzing and interpreting processes and clinical outcomes
**Associate level**
+ Bachelor's degreeorrelevant experience
+ Clinical experience (e.g., respiratory therapy, lab, R.N.) and report generating skills.
**Desired Qualifications***
+ Master's degree, or working towards a Master's degree, is preferred.
+ Experience in project/program management.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
+ Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
+ Ability to work in a team, as well as be self-sufficient, motivated, and organized.
**Modes of Work**

**Background Screening**
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
