The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate need for a Clinical Integration Technical Lead to work in Frederick, MD. The Clinical Integration Technical Lead will work with a team of professionals comprising of clinical subject matter experts, software developers, and testers to define technical system requirements based on functional requirements from the user community. They will also work with the developers to convey the technical requirements and ensure a good understanding of the requirements established. They will work with the testers to ensure they have a good understanding of the mapping between the functional and the technical requirements, and that the testing performed covers all requirements. They will create test scenarios for test events. They will follow direction with acute attention made to detail and time management. The Clinical Integration Technical Lead will work independently as well as with team members, with minimal supervision and interface with cross-functional teams, suppliers, technical and support staff.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll provide clinical input to our Program Management Office. You'll serve as HALO Project Lead providing management and clinical input for HALO development and support user documentation. Additionally, you will:
• Provide Functional support for Deployed Systems and Post Deployed System support Legacy (TC2)
• Evaluate JOMIS Health Care Delivery products, CDP, BATDOK, Theater Blood- Mobile, MHSGenesis-Theater provide feedback to JOMIS
• Conduct HALO demonstrations for Army and Joint services and other entities
• Conduct Training for MED CDID requested exercise supported events
• Liaise with Medical Support personnel in Theater
• Liaise with Operational Health Information Technology entities such as Med CDID, Army Futures Command…
• Liaise with AFRL in support of HALO and BATDOK
• Define technical requirements from functional requirements
• Management of EMR/EHR requirements
• Capability documentation development and editing
• Assist with the design and testing of capabilities
• Collaborate with the technology development team to assess new products / solutions that will enhance program of record capabilities / systems
• Provide clinical and technical expertise in assessing and /or developing new technologies that are in line with current capability gaps
• Provide support to management in areas of clinical expertise and requirements gathering
Qualifications:
Required:
Secret Clearance
5+ years of relevant experience
Clinical, Technical, and Requirements experience
Experience with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
DoD experience
JIRA and / or Confluence experience
Requirement’s repositories, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
Experience with DoD Electronic Health Record Interfaces
Expert knowledge of Operational Medical capabilities for documentation and consultation for a variety of platforms and configurations
Experienced, credentialed clinician with expert knowledge of Army medical care processes
Experience in preparing service testers for major system testing events e.g., Multiservice Operational Test & Evaluation
Experience in developing and evaluating performance parameters and requirements for clinical documentation, operational medicine legacy system and future capabilities to include but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), etc.
Experience in supporting rapid Agile/DevSecOps development and integration of software solutions that support activities defined by the Army’s 10 Medical Functions in cooperation with other agencies
Expert knowledge of DOD and Army legacy and future Operational Medical software applications
Expert knowledge in operational medicine system of systems functional integration and the ability to identify risk
Knowledge of PII and PHI compliance requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
