As a Laboratory Manager, you’ll get to: 

Hire, supervise, train, and assess the performance of assigned personnel, addressing personnel issues effectively. Provide comprehensive oversight for testing procedures, ensuring compliance with industry practices, regulations, and contractual agreements, including quality control testing. Maintain statistical information and reports on test data, quality control measures, and oversee supply of reagent inventory. Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, computer software and hardware, test systems reagents, and technical matters. Promote continuous technical and professional development of staff while spearheading or actively engaging in team process improvements. Assist in the development and monitoring of assigned budgets. Bachelor's degree required Must satisfy CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing requiredImmunohematology Reference Laboratory (IRL)  Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) certification required   Five years of clinical laboratory experience required to include:  Three years supervisory experience. Previous experience in molecular techniques, immunohematology/IRL techniques, automated testing preferred
