Our client, a leader in the Clinical and Health industry, is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join their team. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting clinical testing and applications development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a drive for success which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Clinical Laboratory Scientist
**Location:** West Sacramento, CA
**Pay Range:** $25.00 - $33.75 Hourly
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide primary support for Clinical Applications Development, focusing on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) products.
+ Develop and deliver technical training materials for customers and internal teams.
+ Support the development and enhancement of IVD products, including the Oncomine Target Test.
+ Conduct on-site training until customers are certified and proficient in using NGS assays.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to create effective service and support plans for new products.
**What's Needed?**
+ BA/BS degree in Life Sciences; MS or PhD preferred.
+ Experience in NGS sequencing, Capillary Electrophoresis, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
+ Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and guidelines.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills.
+ Ability to create training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
