As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise the daily operations of the Flow Cytometry Lab, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance. • Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures. • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists and Hospital Lab Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. • Manage vendor relationships and laboratory contracts to support operational efficiency.  • Collaborate closely with Pathologists on patient cases to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes. 
Salary Range: $112,900.00 – $250,600.00/year
