CDR Labs is seeking individuals who are interested in working as a Laboratory Supervisor for our team. This position will be responsible for complex laboratory procedures and have broad decision-making authority and independence. This classification requires extensive knowledge of science, laboratory procedures, and medical terminology to perform diagnostic tests.

This is a day shift position, and you will be responsible for managing the lab and staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide day-to-day and direct supervision of high complexity test performance by a qualified testing personnel. Responsible for providing training to qualified testing personnel and annual performance reviews. Monitor test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies. Responsible for the administration of all Quality Control Programs in compliance with CLIA and CAP standards. Assist in the inventory management and ordering.
