All Medical Assistant dutiesResponsible for providing technical support to Medical Assistant staff in a clinic site or physician module:trainingassurance of consistency and standardization of proceduresmanagement of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient carestaff performance managementserve as a mentor to staffResponsible for covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and proceduresResponsible for review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracyPractice within the scope of a Medical Assistant and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient careThis is a benefited, full time position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program or Military Corpsman program pursuant to the Division of Allied Health ProfessionsAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLSRequired Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
