As a Clinical Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.' **Title:** Clinical Lead **Location** : 100% on-site San Antonio TX **What you will be doing** + Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical trial activities, including protocol development, study design, and execution. + Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, mitigate risks, and optimize study performance. + Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities, fostering effective communication and relationship management. + Lead and mentor clinical project teams, providing guidance, support, and expertise throughout the study lifecycle. **Your profile** + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
