POSITION PURPOSE:

We are looking for compassionate providers who are solutions-focused and believe in a community-based care approach, and who excel at both practice and mentoring. Sound like you?Be an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff. Provides direction and supervision to team members while providing direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The primary function is to provide supervision and direction to team members; the Clinical Lead also provides psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports.Be an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff. Assist clients with accessing services, build support networks and resolve conflicts.Provide consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model that has received substantial empirical support for facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery for persons with the most serious mental illnesses who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs. Provide on call services on a rotating basis ($200.00/day).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year of clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.Valid License in one of the following preferred:  LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed PsychologistValid driver licenseAbility to drive an organization vehicleAct 33/34/73 Clearances (Criminal/Child/FBI Department of Human Services)Pre-Employment Drug ScreenChild Protective Services Law training (CPSL)

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS/BENEFITS

Work Schedule: This is an Exempt (salary) position; primarily Monday through Friday daylight hours with rotating evening shift (1pm-9pm) as part of a team. Some weekends and holidays may be required.
