Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for the Cardiology Clinic in La Crosse, WI. 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried positionProvide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services throughout the Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic departmentsManage and lead ~40 in-person, hybrid, and remote staff including RNs, MAs, Perfusionists, Cardiac Device Specialists, Schedulers and an Office Assistant to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operationsWork with ~25 providers, comprised of clinicians, interventionalists, surgeons, inpatient and outpatient APCsPlay an important role in project work, leading change managementCollaborate with the Clinical Operations Director and Medical Directors to achieve department strategic goalsInterface with many different areas within the organization including procedural, ambulatory, and inpatient areas as well as researchThis position is based out of La Crosse with some travel to the Onalaska Clinic

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health related field; nursing is preferredMinimum 5-7 years of clinical experience, leadership experience desiredIdeal candidate will have: Prior experience with project work and change managementStrong leadership skills Emotional intelligenceAbility to build trust within a teamExperience in the field of CardiologyHave the desire to recruit, hire, maintain, and motivate employees with the goal of retention
