Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager supporting our Family Medicine Residency Clinic, based in La Crosse, WI. 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried positionProvide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Family Medicine Residency ClinicThis role will gain knowledge and insight regarding the training and operations of the Family Medicine Resideny Program. This role will be responsible to partner with the Program Director in obtaining and maintaining grants, while developing programs that would meet both operational and strategic needs. Manage and lead a team of ~20 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, and schedulersWork collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Program Director, and Section Lead achieve department strategic goalsIn the future, this Clinical Manager will provide leadership to additional department(s); additional area of responsibility yet to be determined

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health-related field; nursing is preferredMinimum 5-7 years of clinical/healthcare experience; strong candidates will have prior leadership experienceIdeal candidate will have: Ability to communicate and collaborate while fostering relationships among the teamTime management skillsExperience in managing grants is a plus!
