Come be a part of our team today! Day to Day: The Clinical Managers are key players in training new employees, giving guidance to employees. Day to day will greatly vary as no day is the same. One day may be more fast pace, crisis situations, a lot of intakes, and others may be a slower pace. Candidates must be able to pivot quickly due to this. Requirements: + Candidate MUST have behavioral health and substance abuse experience. This must include some in bed (inpatient or residential experience). + Crisis experience with this population is necessary as well as the ability to remain calm in high stress and dramatic situations. + Experience needs to be specifically with patient care in substance abuse, crisis settings. This is necessary due to this facility being the last stop for these patients. State agencies usually refer their patients to us and once they are here, we do not refer them further. Crisis situations can be extreme in these settings, so they want someone with the in bed hands-on experience. + Must be comfortable with managing a diverse group of employees.
