BHMG Lexington Cardiology
The Cardiology Clinical Supervisor coordinates and directs the delivery of services for the Cardiology Practice by facilitating the direction of human and physical resources and adjusting the daily operations to meet the changing needs/ environment. The Clinical Supervisor strives for excellence in patient care and patient care delivery by building a collaborative work environment among all staff and departments; supports an environment of healing and wellness; and is an exemplar for compassion, acceptance, respect and empathy.
Experienced RN with management experience to be able to staff as needed for an MA or RN covering General, Interventional or EP cardiologists in the main location or any of the 17 satellite clinics. Responsible for scheduling the staff and working with the other managers to control all the clinics. Responsible for the Payroll, Annual Evals and tracking all the required training.
Minimum Requirements:
A current license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a Registered NurseAssociate Degree in Nursing required5 years Cardiology experience required2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare related setting.Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.ACLS/PALS/ and successful completion of dysrhythmia course as required by department of assignmentManager, Supervisor, Clinic, Cardiology
