Administrator on call duties on a rotating schedule. + DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS + The Clinical Manager will direct, coordinate and evaluate the delivery of home health services to a team of patients ensuring compliance with agency policy, and State and Federal home health regulations. Monitors attainment of the objectives of the team activities. + POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) + Experience: + Two years of community health experience in a Medicare certified agency. + Demonstrated clinical competency and current knowledge of the principles and practices of home care. + Healthcare management experience preferred. + Demonstrated familiarity with DPH and Joint Commission regulatory standards preferred. + Demonstrated coaching/team building skills required. + Education and Training: + Associate's Degree in Nursing or DPT, PT, OT SLP from an accredited program required. + BSN in nursing preferred. + License, Certification & Registration: + RN/Rehab- Licensed as an RN, OT, PT, ST in MA. + OASIS - OASIS Certification within first two years in the position. + Other Requirements: + Ability to exercise independent judgment. + Demonstrated interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. + Ability to supervise, coach and mentor and motivate others. + Ability to maintain confidentiality. + Ability to be flexible regarding working hours. + Knowledge of community resources. + Must possess a valid, current MA driver's license and be able to drive in inclement weather. + Exemplifies Customer Service Standards. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict required. + Demonstrated flexibility both in thought process and in time availability.
