Job Description

Perform analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to aid health care providers in the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of patients. Testing is performed in specialized laboratories and may include highly skilled manual techniques or automated testing using sophisticated instrumentation. Responsibilities include instrument operation and maintenance, troubleshooting assays, evaluating tests for accuracy, assisting with interpreting results, and operational support activities to optimize testing. Work with multiple computer systems to retrieve information and report results. May work with minimal supervision and assist with specimen collection. Strictly adhere to safety protocols when working with infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards.

There are two openings for this role. One opening is Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, and the other is Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM. Training shifts may vary from the shift of hire, with the possibility of attending first shift Monday-Friday day shift training for up to 1-2 months prior to moving into the regular schedule. Please list full availability for shift and days, including weekends. The role requires working with HPLC, LC/MS/MS, or GC/MS in a specialized laboratory setting, adhering to strict safety protocols when handling infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
