Job Profile Summary
This role focuses on providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Clinical Nurse duties: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care needs of a designated group of patients or provides nursing care and identified clinical support tasks within the scope of practice for achievement of the patient’s plan of care as directed. Provides professional nursing care to patients. Requires a nursing license. A professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. A senior level role that requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Typically responsible for: managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals, resolving difficult and sometimes complex problems.

Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
2. Three (3) years of experience in clinical coordination, healthcare management, or a similar experience.
3. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of MA
Preferred Qualifications:
1. A Master’s degree or certification in healthcare management.
2. Experience in managing or coordinating multi-site operations.
3. Five (5) years of experience in clinical coordination, healthcare management, or a similar experience.
4. Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or other relevant certifications

1. Oversees the operations of clinical networks, ensuring all healthcare services and teams are effectively integrated.
2. Coordinates the communication and collaboration between hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers within the network.
3. Serves as the primary liaison between clinical staff, administrators, healthcare providers, and external organizations.
4. Fosters strong working relationships with clinical teams, providers, and regulatory bodies.
5. Ensures that clinical operations adhere to regulatory requirements, healthcare standards, and organizational policies.
6. Monitors and assesses the quality of patient care and outcomes across the network.
7. Assists in managing clinical resources, including staffing schedules, equipment, and facility usage, to ensure efficient operations.
8. Oversees the allocation of resources based on patient needs and clinical demands.
9. Organizes and facilitates ongoing training programs for clinical staff to ensure they are up to date with best practices, protocols, and compliance requirements.
10. Supports the onboarding of new clinical staff across networked facilities.
11. Collects, analyzes, and reports on data related to clinical performance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
12. Prepares regular reports for senior management and stakeholders on network performance and areas for improvement.
13. Identifies and addresses issues or challenges affecting the network’s performance or patient care.
14. Acts as a point of contact for resolving operational or clinical concerns across the network.
15. Implements strategies for continuous improvement in clinical operations, patient care, and overall network efficiency.
16. Participates in performance improvement projects and initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
1. Normal office setting.
2. Frequent sitting, occasional standing & walking, and lifting of 5-10 lbs.
3. Requires manual dexterity using fine hand manipulation to operate computer keyboard.
4. Requires ability to see computer screen and reports.
5. Clinical settings such as hospitals, healthcare systems, or outpatient clinics.
6. Regular travel may be required between networked locations.
7. Standard office hours with occasional flexibility required for meetings or emergency coordination.
Skills & Abilities:
1. Strong Project Management skills.
2. Ability to assist with the development of analyses of results.
3. Proven ability to document and refine complex processes to project plans.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Oral and written communication ability to effectively represent the faculty practices sites in interactions with third party payers, patients, physicians and other departments.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work and communicate effectively with other departments.
