 BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Pre-op team at South Florida Baptist Hospital. The RN responsibilities include:

Independently caring for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standardsDelegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organizationPerforming the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is requiredRN (Registered Nurse) license is requiredACLS Certification, if required by departmentNurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is requiredBachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

18 months of RN experience in acute care/specialty is required
