What you will do:
Responsible for the coordination and delivery of in-service training and educational sessions related to ensuring clinical competence and related to improving the culture of safety based on the organization's culture of safety survey results.
This Clinical Nurse Educator position will focus primarily on the education in the critical care areas.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of employment in the role.
Experience
Required: Five (5) years of experience in critical care nursing.
Preferred: Previous experience as an educator.
Licenses/Certifications
Required: Current Arizona RN licensure or compact state license, American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS & ACLS
Preferred: Nationally recognized certification in area of expertise.
