Job Description:

Seeking Nurse Educator!

Baptist Health Floyd, Education and Development

PRN (Work as Needed - 1 shift per week on either Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday preferred), Days

Job Duties:

The Clinical Nurse Educator implements educational initiatives based on the needs of the organization and will function as a teacher, expert clinician, change agent, mentor, and professional role model. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Current Indiana or compact state RN license.

BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required.

Certification in area of specialty. If not certification, willing to obtain certification in area of specialty within the first 2 years or as directed by certifying body.
