The Clinical Manager is the clinical and business leader for the Diagnostic Cardiology Department.  Responsibilities include accountability for planning, organizing, staffing, coaching and motivating a professional team so that safe and effective care is delivered. Manager is also responsible for all operations, human resources, financial management and the clinical outcomes of the unit(s).  This position works closely with all multidisciplinary team members to assure the highest degree of quality care is followed at all times while keeping the care and safety of the patient population as a top priority. Responsible for working with Director of Cardiovascular Operations in providing nursing leadership and support for direct management and leadership of Cardiac Diagnostic Testing, Outpatient Diabetes Program, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Requirements - 

Nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher is required. Graduate degree preferred or required within three years of hire date. 

Three-five years in a current acute care setting with progressive leadership responsibilities. Experience in Cardiology preferred.
