+ Learn and apply library database research techniques to perform literature reviews. + Assist with writing and compiling research summaries, reports, and documents. + Demonstrate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage and present research findings. + Collaborate with team members and partners on various research projects. + Work on a system-wide project throughout the summer, contributing to strategic initiatives. + Attend meetings and engage with hospital team members and stakeholders to gather insights and provide support for research efforts. + Participate in team discussions to refine research objectives and methods. + Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University + Be in good academic standing + Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship + Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025 + Pursuing a Nursing Degree + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
