Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager                                    

Location: Baylor Scott and White - Centennial

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our healthcare team at Baylor Scott and White – Centennial in Frisco, TX.  The Clinical Nutrition Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinicians and nutrition care services department, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care for our patients.

The facility boasts specialized units, including a Medical Surgical ICU and a Cardiac ICU, catering to a wide range of medical needs. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providersSupervise and mentor the nutrition staff, including registered dietitians and other nutrition professionalsManage the budget and resources for the nutrition care servicesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nutrition careParticipate in quality improvement activities and lead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related fieldRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state of TexasMinimum of 2 years of clinical experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of nutrition care processes, regulatory standards, and quality improvement methodologies
