Our functional medicine program focuses on lifestyle influences, genetics, and the environment to determine what is causing your disease or chronic conditions. **A caregiver in this position works the day shift from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory standards and handling human resource issues. + Participate as a CHN management team member to assist in long-range planning. + Carry out strategic clinical nutrition initiatives for the health system. + Supervise assigned personnel including Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians, and Clinical Assistants Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field. + Completion of an Academy Nutrition and Dietetics-approved dietetic internship (or equivalent dietitian-qualifying experience) and current certification as a registered dietitian (RD). + Current license to practice dietetics in the State of Florida (LD). + Three years of experience as a practicing dietitian in a clinical setting. + Two years of supervisory/leadership experience with proven ability to lead the work of others.
