The Clinical Nutrition Manager plans, schedules, coordinates and supervises the operations of the clinical nutrition staff.  Primary responsibilities include supervision of clinical dietitians, clinical supervisors, diet clerk, and catering associates; developing standards and monitoring clinical performance, updating policies, supports fiscal responsibility, participates in quality and patient safety initiatives, promotes service excellence, and ensures the Standards of Behavior of the clinical nutrition staff.
