Clinical Operation Analyst

Responsibilities

The Clinical Operation Analyst is responsible for the implementation, management, and sustainability of assigned departments and projects. Demonstrates the skill of leading and coordinating, ability to work independently or with minimal supervision within one or multiple departments and locations, and completing projects related to strategic, financial, and market development activities and initiatives. Ensures projects are completed on time and that each project has a clear path to sustaining the changes to ensure that high efficiencies are continued. Responsible for project communication and management of numerous internal and external stakeholders and regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to various levels of leadership, as appropriate

Job Type: Full Time 


Salary Range: $ 83,400 - $103,025 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications


Education


Required: Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field from an accredited institution


Preferred: MBA, MHA, or related advance degree from an accredited institution


Experience


Required: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a clinical project management role.

 

OR

 

Minimum of two (2) years previous healthcare experience functioning in a lead capacity managing multiple, 

 

highly complex projects.

 

OR

 

One year of experience as a KSC Admin Fellow


Preferred: 5 years Project Management experience


License(s)


Required: N/A


Preferred: PMP


Special Skills


Required: Strong working knowledge of healthcare.

 

Skilled user of MS Products software application, including, but not limited to Excel, Power Point, Word.


Preferred: Experience with EMR systems such as Epic


Other 


Required: Strong project management, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

 

Strong communication skills with strong negotiation skills and ability to lead without authority

 

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, with competing priorities.

 

Capable of working independently or with minimum supervision.

 

Able to analyze data and provide synopsis.

 

Ability to problem solve in a complex, multi-functional group.

 

Ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environment

 

Ability to operate in high-pressure situations

 

Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standards
