Join our team as a Clinical Operations Coordinator, where you’ll provide high-level clinical and administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our ABH Services division. You will track, monitor, and analyze clinical, quality, and incident data to drive improvements while collaborating with senior leaders to meet strategic goals.

 

Annual starting salary: $60,000, plus mileage reimbursement.

Position Details 

Track, monitor, and analyze performance and quality data (PQI/QCO) to drive measurable improvement initiatives and strategic planning goals. Coordinate division-wide projects and activities, maintaining a detailed listing of tasks and owners, and reporting progress to senior leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is actionable for clinical and quality improvement efforts, including compliance with Q-score initiatives. Review clinical and audit data to identify trends in compliance, incidents, and overall program progress, providing actionable insights to leadership. Support product teams as a Clinical SME and oversee the administrative management of student intern programs.

This is a REMOTE position. Successful candidate will reside in any of the established Merakey states (CA, DE, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA).
