Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with a 1 hour lunch break. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Play an integral role in our pediatrics clinic teams by bringing your knowledge and expertise to our departments!

 

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: 

Assist with daily staffing schedules and weekly/monthly float requests including sick-call coverage and communicating with float pool for weekly coverage needs. Schedule staff and provider meetings, create agendas and materials, take meeting minutes. Review and prepare time cards weekly and biweekly. Reconcile invoices and order supplies.
