Job Description

The Senior Clinical Operations Leader coordinates functional team members and their activities across all geographies. This role liaises with project leadership and the sponsor to ensure that Clinical Operations deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met on time, within budget, and at a high quality. The Senior Clinical Operations Leader is accountable for executing the clinical operations strategy and plan within the project. This position may act as Project Leader for projects involving a small number of services, where no Project Leader is assigned. Responsibilities also include mentoring Clinical Operations Leaders, participating in training and support, and fulfilling subject matter expert roles within Clinical Operations.
