What we’re looking for:

EHE is seeking a talented Clinical Operations Manager for Alternate Site Delivery with an unwavering commitment to patient experience, operational expertise and the ability to serve as the day-to-day manager of the delivery of our preventative exams, primarily at alternate site locations. The Clinical Operations Manager will take responsibility for initializing, deploying, implementing, and executing preventative exams at employer locations. The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for provider performance, preventive medical care delivery, oversight of quality, patient safety, staffing, day to day operations, healthcare and regulatory compliance, and most importantly the patient/client experience at off-site locations.

This individual will partner cross-functionally with all of EHE’s departments, including Client Success, Network Operations, Marketing, Post-Exam, and Medical Affairs to ensure that patients continue to have a high quality EHE experience with our providers and we are delivering value to our clients by keeping their employee populations healthy and engaged.

We need someone ready to solve problems quickly on a day-to-day basis, take the lead on off-site execution and someone who can build deep and leverageable relationships. In this role, you will:
 Be an asset to the Network Clinical Operations team by expanding the delivery of alternate site preventive examsTake overall responsibility for clinical events at employer locations from set up to break down ensuring all healthcare regulatory and compliance guidelines are followedManage our on-site team with a culture of well-beingPartner with internal teams to ensure well-planned deployment and execution of clinical events, including completion of medical documentation and coordination of post-exam services after each eventSupport Network Clinical Operations team with monitoring provider performance in terms of medical documentation, clinical compliance, and delivery of preventive exams
What the role requires:
 NP (AGNP or FNP) credentials required; advanced degree in healthcare administration preferredCPR/BLS certification, ACLS preferred3+ years’ experience leading a healthcare practice; primary care preferred, and oversight of a practice with a high commitment to patient experience is a strong plusAbility to be a change-agent and an organizational championAbility to travel 50% to 75% including weekend travel Strong working knowledge of EMRs and an ability to contribute operational insights and clinician feedback Demonstrated track record of implementing major process improvementsStrong knowledge of HIPAA and other patient-focused laws and regulationsOutstanding interpersonal communication skills A self-starter with a passion for quickly solving problemsStrong knowledge of MS office and other web-based applications

The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
