Your job functions can span from conducting literature reviews to statistical analysis of data sets. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, have a publication background, and have ensured effective communication within and across teams. Strong data analysis skills and experience with healthcare claims databases are essential, along with a solid understanding of the US healthcare system and health economic outcomes research. Job Duties Include: + Design, review, and execute RWE and Economic Outcomes research projects, including protocol development and statistical analysis plans. + Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives. + Conduct literature reviews and synthesize evidence. + Perform independent statistical analyses and collaborate with data science teams for advanced evaluations. + Contribute to the drafting of white papers and manuscripts. + Support broader initiatives in clinical effectiveness and real-world evidence. To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following: + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. + Strong understanding of study design and analysis + Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning and support. + Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities. _**This is a remote role and candidates can live anywhere in the US, but it is preferred that the candidate lives in the Eastern Time Zone.**_ **Required Qualifications** + Experience/proficiency in biostatistics and statistical analysis (experience with SQL, R, Python, or SAS). + At least 2 years of experience analyzing healthcare claims databases. + Healthcare coding expertise (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, GPI). + Experience with publications such as manuscripts or white papers. **Preferred Qualifications** + Peer-reviewed publications. + Health Economics Outcomes Research experience. + Experience with causal inference techniques. + Candidate lives in the Eastern Time Zone. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree required. + Master’s degree preferred in relevant field (biostatistics, economics, public health, computer science, epidemiology, clinical informatics or other quantitative discipline). **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
