Job Title: Clinical Outsourcing ManagerJob Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our growing Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing team. You will have the opportunity to deliver significant value and support our gene therapy portfolio programs, including the first approved DMD gene therapy program, ELEVIDYS. The Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing function is a newly formed and growing team that focuses on delivering value by building efficiency and bringing standardization to business processes for the identification, engagement, and performance of our strategic suppliers and service providers. Responsibilities + Build, operationalize, and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key raw materials. + Leverage total demand to support the rapidly growing TechOps organization. + Integrate supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management. + Consolidate spend in partnership across TechOps, including Supply Strategy & Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, RNA Drug Substance, Gene Therapy Process Development, and Global Supply Chain. + Interface closely with business partners to understand business priorities and needs. + Define specific initiatives to support business priorities and growth. Essential Skills + 7-10 years of demonstrated relevant sourcing and procurement experience in raw material, QC GMP testing, supply chain, CMC sourcing, and other areas of global TechOps or CMC outsourcing. + Demonstrated understanding of GMP requirements for raw materials and manufacturing processes. Work Environment The work environment includes collaboration with various departments within the TechOps organization. The role requires leveraging technology and strategic sourcing practices to build efficiency and standardization in procurement processes. The Clinical Outsourcing Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, engaging with strategic suppliers and service providers to meet business needs and priorities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $86.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
