Clinical Partner Resources Liaison

CentraCare is seeking a dynamic member of the Clinical Partner Resources Office (CPRO) who collaborates and partners with various teams throughout the organization including but not limited to Recruitment, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Contracting, Compensation, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and Credentialing Teams, and a variety of Leadership and Executives to improve the Clinical Partner integration, onboarding, and the ongoing maintenance of relationships with Clinical Partners. Position functions as a liaison for Clinical Partners to coordinate direction and/or communication related to their employment terms, implements and maintains the compliance of Clinical Partner contractual agreements for CentraCare entities. Position is a resource to navigate the system processes (and its affiliates systems) to foster a unified culture, provide direction, and respond to changing clinical and business climate, engage and assist with design and implementation of projects, and promote integration of departments and communications.

This role presents compensation, and contract offers for employment to Physicians and Advanced Practice Provider candidates including negotiations as applicable with various departments. Responsible for coordinating and providing resources or expertise as needed to the Clinical Partner Resources Office, Contracting Leadership, and other Department Directors. 

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Remote with occasional travel to all CentraCare locations Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $22.72 per hour and increases with experience Pay range:  $22.72 - $34.09 per hour Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

Qualifications:

Associates degree required or 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Management in lieu of education 3 years of experience in related field of business management, compensation, recruitment, contracting, legal, human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting Prior experience negotiating contracts and handling multiple priorities in a health care setting strongly preferred
