Clinical Performance Leader


Job Description:

Role Overview/Summary: 

We are looking for a Clinical Leader to join the Spark Design Team and assistast in the rapid growth of the Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista.  In this role, you will be responsible for helping Spark be of greater service to our Customer, the Othodontist Office.  By monitoring Spark’s daily Key Performing Indicators (KPI) you will be able to determine if we are “winning or loosing” at all times.  From which, you will Guide the Spark Design Team on the unique needs of the Customer looking for solutions.  In addition, you will Coach the Customer on Spark’s products and systems such that they take full advantage of Spark’s value proposition while enjoying a world-class experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for following Envista's Circle of Values (Customer Centric, Innovation, Leadership, Respect, and Continuous Improvement)

Responsible to maintain contact with Doctors to improve customer satisfaction, address complaints, provide feedback, identify root cause and corrective actions to the needs of the customers.

Responsible for Daily Management of KPI’s: Design Accuracy to prescription & protocols, Customer Design Change Request, Design for Manufacturability, and Design Total Leadtime.

Responsible for providing ideas for Innovation and R&D to improve software, features, and products.

Responsible for providing assistance in clinical training of Designers, clinical peers, and customers.

Willingness to train and develop Design Teams in excess of 15 Designers per Team.

Eager to participate with ideas, suggesting and testing process in innovation, and continues improvement projects for the good of the Clinical Team, Stakeholder, SPARK, and the whole Evista Corporation.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS: 

Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, or Dental Medicine or Equivalent2+ years experience as orthodontist or 2+ years as dentist with equivalent experience with virtual treatmentsBilingual English/Spanish or any other language will be a plus, with strong effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified Orthodontist   Experience practicing orthodontic treatment or as a clinical consultant in digital aligners or have equivalent orthodontic studies or experienceExcellent clinical knowledge in regards to teeth anatomy and movementExcellent microsoft office skills especially in OutlookLean Six Sigma certification.
