Critical care clinical pharmacist- Participates in patient care activities including patient rounds with physicians, patient monitoring, basic pharmacokinetics, drug utilization evaluation and participates in the departmental quality assurance program.  Also assists in providing drug information services of the department and education of the pharmacy staff, other health care professionals and community in regards to drug related topics.

Performs duties in support of the Crozer Health mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Age range of patient population served:  infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
