Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.

Full-Time/Night Shift 

9:00pm-7:00am working 7 Days on, 7 Days off. 

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational  services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications: 

PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy     Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
