Job Title - Inpatient Pharmacist Location - 875 Blake Wilbur Dr, Palo Alto, CA 94304 Job Description + Pharmacist opening for an acute care setting within a hospital. + This will be an inpatient pharmacy with a high volume due to the number of beds in the hospital. + Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment dealing with fills and/or prior authorizations. + The pharmacist will begin in the central pharmacy section of the inpatient department. + Duties will include IV compounding, accurately measuring, preparing and distributing proper medications to the patients that need them, and keeping a clean and safe work environment. + There is growth and development opportunities for this role.
