Fast-paced, high volume Pharmacy Department is looking for top skilled Clinical Pharmacist’s. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Southwest 6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76132

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Here’s What You Need  

·       Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required  

·       Other Pharm D. Required

·       CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required.

·       PGY1 residency completion preferred.

·       At least 3 years of medium or large hospital experience strongly preferred.  

·       1–2-year Acute Care Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience (ICU, OR, ED, NICU) strongly preferred.

·       ACPE - IV Certification strongly preferred.

·       PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire Required

What You Will Do

·       Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.

·       Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.

·       Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.

·       Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation. Consistent support of the department's QA and PS standards programs and initiatives is also required.

·       Ongoing professional development and growth.

·       Not only the management of one's own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies.

·       Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.

·       Other duties as assigned.
