Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities.  In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team.  This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership thru various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift

 

Required qualifications: 

PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Required upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
