The Clinical Pharmacist is a Registered Pharmacist who is responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of drugs. Fulfillment of this responsibility is achieved through the provision of pharmaceutical services whose components include drug information, drug distribution and clinical pharmacy services with knowledge of age-specific needs from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Required Qualifications:
PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate. Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy. upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered. When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license. Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.Why Join Providence?
