Position Summary
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor provides pharmaceutical care services to in-patient and out-patients. Provides professional drug information/advice to other health professionals. Dispenses medications and IV additive solutions and directs the routine activities of technicians. Accurately maintains legally required and other departmental records and assists in inventory control measures.

Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school or College of Pharmacy. Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Indiana.Comprehensive Benefits Program (Not all inclusive)
