The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Schedule Details: Part Time, 10-hour night shifts, 70 hours per week; Rotating 7 on/7off

Required Qualifications:

PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy Washington Pharmacist License When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
