Required qualifications:

PharmD Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy. New Mexico Pharmacist Clinician - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire.

Preferred qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
