Required Qualifications:
PharmD - Pharmacy Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy California Pharmacist Registered upon hire When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable, Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)Preferred Qualifications:
