The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

This is a Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Variable shifts; and 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy. Or  PharmD Pharmacy. upon hire: Alaska Pharmacist License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
