Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **Clinical Pharmacy Manager** **– Memorial Regional Medical Center** **Job Summary:** The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for leading the daily and administrative functions of pharmacy services, programs, and personnel throughout BSMH. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager position provides direction and leadership to ensure the organization delivers great patient care and improved population health within an efficient cost structure while improving the work-life of staff. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning, and provision of high-quality, cost-effective care. **Essential Functions:** + Manage and lead the provision of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and patient-centered pharmacy patient care services and operations for areas of responsibility + Ensure safety in the medication use process for areas of responsibility + Develop and/or maintain operational policies and procedures. 4. Maximize the efficiency of associated pharmacy programs + Ensure compliance to regulatory and accreditation bodies for areas of responsibility + Other duties as assigned **Education:** + Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
