Under general direction of the manager or supervisor the clinical program assistant at the cancer center supports the front and back office needs of the department/program. The assistant performs receptionist, secretarial and programmatic duties for the department/program. Activities may include developing and maintaining spreadsheets, graphs and program related statistics, coordinating meeting appointments for the department/program assigned. There may be patient activities that include, answering, screening and directing phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, tests and other miscellaneous items, and rooming patients.

Required Qualifications:
3 years of Clerical experience in a health-related field.Preferred Qualifications:
