The Clinical Program Coordinator is a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers. The Program Coordinator supervises the methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members. As a supervisor you may be responsible for completing treatment should the staff member not be available.
Supervision towards clinical licensure offered!
Required Experience:
+ Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field
+ Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field
+ Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required
Responsibilities:
+ Supervising clinicians and assigned case managers
+ Ensures that all supervision is documented in a timely manner
+ Attends treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
+ Reviews and evaluates the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
+ Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
+ Ensures the proper implementation of the in-home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided
+ Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships
