The Division of Public and Behavioral Health: Rural Clinics is recruiting for a full time Clinical Program Manager I at our Administrative office located in Carson City, Nevada. Rural Clinics provides an array of outpatient behavioral health services for both adults and children in 16 clinics which are in 12 counties across Rural Nevada. Services are generally provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Services assist individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and recovery and follow Agency procedures and reimbursement guidelines. Rural Clinics provides ongoing training including release time to attend training not Agency-sponsored. The position may oversee administrative, fiscal, operational, and/or programmatic functions which includes planning and coordinating new and continuing program development activities; evaluation and assessment of program objectives; assessing resources needed to implement new and existing programs; ensuring compliance with applicable laws, licensure and funding requirements; developing and/or implementing budget documents, performance indicators, and/or other fiscal documents; developing reporting mechanisms; projecting program revenues and expenditures; developing training modules and/or conducting training; working with state personnel and community partners to determine new or existing client needs; and supervising professional and administrative staff.
