Mesa Springs is looking for a licensed Master Social Worker to join our team! This Clinical Program Manager position has a set schedule of Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, Insurance Benefits & more.

Position Details

Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff.Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/processAssure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integratedResponsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling licenseCPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

Experience:

Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.Inpatient healthcare experience.Prior management experience.
